​The holiday season is upon us, and there's no better time to add more skills to your baking toolbox! Our final classes for 2024 are here to help you create edible masterpieces that’ll impress your friends, family… and maybe even Santa 🎅 Whether you’re looking to start a new hobby, refine your techniques, start a baking business, or just have some fun and eat cakes, these classes are designed to bring out your creative side! Here’s what’s on the schedule:

1. LAMBETH CAKE CLASS

The Lambeth method is a cake decorating technique that’s all about intricate, layered piping for a luxurious, elegant look - creating a stunning centrepiece! Lambeth cakes are back in trend right now and this buttercream cake class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn advanced piping techniques and bring a truly timeless, vintage flair to their creations.

2. INTRO TO STUNNING CUPCAKES

Fun fact - this cupcake class was actually the very first one we designed 😊 and it's perfect for anyone who are trying to perfect their piping swirls. We’ll cover the basics of buttercream piping, colour blending, and working with different piping tips and techniques to make each cupcake stand out! By the end of the cupcake class, you’ll confidently be frosting your cupcakes like a pro!

3. GIRAFFE FONDANT FIGURINE

Sculpting in fondant is the cake maker's equivalent of "playing with Play-doh" and we will have a lot of fun doing it! Whether you have played with Play-doh before or not, this fondant figurine class will involve fondant tools and techniques that will allow you to make this adorable giraffe topper and also teach you everything you need to make any cute animal fondant figurines in general.

4. ROYAL ICING CHRISTMAS COOKIES

​Nothing says “holiday spirit” like beautifully decorated Christmas cookies! If you've worked with royal icing before, you have likely discovered a love-hate relationship with it. This cookie class is all about changing this and sharing all the secrets to achieving the perfect icing consistency, mastering piping techniques, and creating festive designs.

5. CHRISTMAS CUPCAKES

Have you seen that piped Poinsettia​ cupcake? It's such a stunner! The skills you pick up from this cupcake class will let you confidently pipe beautiful Christmas-theme cupcakes to take to Christmas parties. Or if you yourself are hosting dinner this year, they make a wonderful decorative piece for the dinner table (which you also get to eat as dessert).

6. (Kids) Christmas cookies

Adults can't be the only ones having fun, this one is for the young bakers and young wanna-be bakers. In this hands-on kids cookie class, kids get to decorate festive cookies they can proudly take home to Mum, Dad, or even Santa. They will learn to use fondant tools, cutters, and make cute Christmas-themed designs in fondant. It’s a safe, fun, and educational way to keep the holiday spirit alive (and the children entertained)…and maybe inspire a future baking passion! 😉
