CAN I JUST WALK IN AND JOIN?
No - The classes we offer are scheduled and advertised in advance and bookings are required to attend the classes. Bookings can be made online, in-store, or directly on our website.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Simply wear something comfortable! We provide aprons to help protect your clothes but you don't want to risk your favourite outfit. Long, dangling sleeves are in the most danger, so we recommend sleeves that are short or can be rolled up.
We highly suggest wearing closed shoes during classes. To be honest, if you were wearing flip flops and happened to get buttercream on your feet, we don't even know how to deal with that situation 😅, so please wear closed shoes! 😂
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Unless specified on the class itself, all our classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for any ages above 16 years old. We do offer kids classes during school holidays... Keep an eye out 😉!
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
The duration of the class depends on the topic being covered. Note that the times advertised on our classes are estimates only and classes may run over.
WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE TO THE CLASS?
To ensure our classes run smoothly and on time, please arrive 10 mins prior to the start of the class. We understand that life sometimes gets in the way, that's okay - let us know if you are running late, our teachers will do their best to help you but cannot guarantee they will have time to explain everything again, keep in mind that the more you miss, the harder it will be to catch up.
We accept payment through credit card (or Paypal) online as you complete your booking. We also accept bank transfer and require a payment confirmation sent to us on [email protected] to confirm your booking. Note that due to limited seat availability, your booking for any class is only confirmed once full payment has been made.
We always do our best so classes run as scheduled, but in the rare event where we need to cancel a class, you will be offered the option to move to another date, select another class of the same value or obtain a full refund.
If you need to cancel a booking, please provide us at least 14 days notice by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made by participants, instead you will receive credit (less a small processing fee of $15) to spend on other classes on our website.
If you need to cancel a booking with less than 14 days before the start of the class, you will not be eligible for any refund or credit 😔, your booking can still be transferred or gifted to somebody else if you are unable to attend.
