DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
We can finally answer YES to this question :) We are located at 8 Wally Place, Lynbrook where you can get your desserts and treats from our shop and where we run our cake classes!
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR CAKE ORDERS?
As we have a limited number of cakes we can complete per week, we recommend ordering as early as possible:
At least 2 weeks in advance for single tier and 4 weeks for multi-tier cakes.
For small cakes and pastries in bulk quantities, we recommend at least 1 - 2 days notice.
Otherwise come see what's available in store, we will have something delicious for you! 😄
HOW CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM CAKE?
Send us a message on Facebook, Instagram, email or phone and let us know the following:
- date required?
- design? (you can describe what you had in mind or send us pictures of colours/features/models that you like)
- how many serves are you after?
- any message, name or inscription on the cake?
- if you prefer picking up or require delivery options (delivery fees apply)
DO YOU PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING?
Yes, we offer different wrapping and packaging options for your sugar biscuits, cupcakes or napolitaines for an additional packaging fee. This is ideal for gifting and party favours
In order to confirm your order, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit into our bank account or via credit card to secure your booking. The balance can be paid prior to or on pickup/delivery by card, cash or bank transfer.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, we always recommend taking advantage of our delivery services to ensure safe transport of your cakes to your venue. Delivery fees apply, feel free to provide us with the delivery address to get a quote.
HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY CAKE SAFELY?
Your cake will be packaged and ready for a safe drive home. Cakes should go flat on the floor or in the boot of your car (not on laps or on slanted seats).
We take great care in preparing your cake to be sturdy for transport, however we do not take responsibility for any damage during transit (Read more on how to transport your cake from our blog)
If you are not comfortable transporting your cake, please contact us to see our delivery options (delivery fees may apply).
We can cater for food allergies and intolerances but we cannot guarantee 100% that cross-contamination will not occur since (as you already know) we handle dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten ingredients in the kitchen.
